About the role
A Zepto Picker/Packer works inside a dark store or fulfillment hub to collect, scan, and pack grocery and household items for rapid customer delivery. Key Responsibilities Order Picking: Locate and gather ordered items quickly from warehouse shelves using a digital scanner or app.Packing: Inspect items for quality and pack them securely into bags for delivery.Inventory Management: Restock shelves, organize stock, and help with routine inventory checks. Details Eligibility: Often open to freshers with minimal educational requirements (many locations accept below 10th or 12th pass).Shifts: Usually involves rotational or flexible day/night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- A Zepto Picker/Packer has two main goals: maintaining high speed and ensuring order accuracy. Because Zepto promises 10-minute delivery, the entire picking and packing process must be completed in under 2 to 3 minutes from the moment an order is received.
